AEO Ultimate Store for Wix

Every screen, and what your plan unlocks

Twelve screens in the Wix dashboard, across three plans. The free plan is genuinely useful on its own — it publishes structured data and llms.txt, and shows you what is missing. The paid tiers add AI enrichment and bulk operations.

What each plan includes

Basic — free

Structured data from native fields, catalogue audit, llms.txt

Mid — $9.95/month

AI enrichment one product at a time, Google category, verified brands, one-click fixes

Pro — $19.95/month

Everything in Mid, plus bulk across the catalogue and manufacturer image sourcing

The practical difference between Mid and Pro is one product versus all of them. If you have twenty products, Mid is fine. If you have two thousand, doing it one at a time is not a plan.

Billing is handled by Wix. If a subscription lapses, access to paid features ends — that is Wix’s model rather than a choice we make. The free plan keeps working. See the terms.

The screens you will use most

Catalog lists your products with what each one is missing. This is the working screen — everything else supports it.

Audit checks a page the way an answer engine reads it and reports what it could not find. Health is the same idea across the whole store rather than one page.

Schema controls what structured data gets published and shows what is currently emitting.

Identity and trust

Organization is your store as an entity an engine can resolve — name, identifiers, the links that prove you are who you say. Fill this in first; other screens refer back to it.

Citations shows where your brand should be listed to be verifiable. An engine deciding whether to name you is checking whether anyone else confirms you exist.

Reviews publishes rating data as structured markup. Social handles Open Graph and card metadata so shared links carry the right image and description.

Crawlers and questions

Crawlers shows which bots are reading your store and lets you control access. Queries is where you ask the answer engines your customers’ questions and see whether you are cited.

Queries is the one that tells you whether any of this worked. Everything else measures whether signals are present; this measures whether they had an effect.

Settings, and the credentials that trip people up

Settings holds your AI provider keys and your Google and Bing connections. Two things cause most of the support questions here:

  • The Google service account key is the downloaded JSON file — about 2KB, containing client_email and private_key. Not an API key, not an OAuth client.
  • The GA4 property ID is a plain number from Admin → Property details. Not the Measurement ID beginning G-.

AI features use your own provider key and are billed to you at the provider’s rate. The subscription pays for the app; it does not include AI usage.

Full detail on both in Troubleshooting.

A sensible first hour

01

Complete Organization. Nothing else is worth much until an engine can tell who you are.

02

Open Catalog and look at what is flagged. On the free plan you can see every gap even if you cannot bulk-fix them.

03

Run Audit on your best seller and fix that one product properly. It shows you the shape of the work before you commit to a plan.

04

Run Queries once for a baseline. Do it before you change things, not after.

Only then decide whether you need a paid tier. The free plan is designed to show you the work, not to hide it behind an upgrade.
