AEO Ultimate Store for Wix

Questions people actually ask

If something is going wrong, Troubleshooting is the better page — most problems here are credentials. This one is about how the app works and which plan you need.

What is the difference between this and AEO Ultimate Lite?

Lite is free and works on any Wix site — services, FAQs, business identity, one connected schema graph, llms.txt. It does not do products.

Store is for Wix Stores: product schema, merchant signals, catalogue auditing, brand verification and image sourcing. If you sell, you want this one.

Is the free plan actually useful?

Yes, and deliberately so. The Basic plan publishes structured data from your native product fields, serves llms.txt for AI crawlers, and gives you a read-only catalogue audit — so you can see every gap in your store without paying anything.

What it does not do is fix them in bulk. The free plan is designed to show you the work rather than hide it behind an upgrade.

Which paid plan do I need?

Count your products. Mid ($9.95/month) enriches one product at a time; Pro ($19.95/month) does it across the catalogue and adds manufacturer image sourcing.

Twenty products, Mid is fine. Two thousand, doing them individually is not a plan.

What happens if I cancel?

Access to paid features ends and you drop back to the free plan, which keeps working. Billing is handled by Wix under Wix’s terms — that is their subscription model and not something we can override.

This differs from buying direct, where the software keeps running indefinitely. See the terms for why the two are different.

Does the subscription include AI usage?

No. AI features use a key you supply — Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini — billed to you by that provider at their rate. The subscription pays for the app.

Each provider is configured separately. Adding an Anthropic key does not configure OpenAI.

Why does it need a Google service account?

To read your own analytics and search data on your behalf, without you handing over a password. A service account is the credential Google provides for exactly that.

Two things people get wrong: the key is the downloaded JSON file (~2KB, containing client_email and private_key), not an API key or an OAuth client. And creating the service account does not grant it access — you have to add its client_email as a user on the GA4 property, exactly as you would a colleague.

Why won’t it fetch some brand images?

It verifies a brand’s official website through Wikidata before fetching from it. No verified site means no trusted domain, so it stops and asks you rather than guessing.

The message distinguishes two different situations, which is worth reading carefully: “couldn’t reach Wikidata” means the lookup failed and you should retry. “Couldn’t verify an official website” means the brand genuinely has none recorded, and you should paste the manufacturer’s address yourself.

Will this conflict with other Wix SEO apps?

It can. Two apps publishing schema for the same entity produces a contradiction rather than twice the benefit — and the graph refuses a duplicate claim rather than publishing both.

Run one or the other for any given signal. If you see duplicate-node behaviour, that is what is happening.

Do I have to republish my site after changing settings?

For anything that affects the live site, yes — Wix apps take effect on publish. Editing and previewing is not enough.

This is the single most common reason someone reports “nothing happened”.
