AEO Ultimate Store for Wix is published on the Wix App Market. It is a dashboard app for Wix sites running Wix Stores: it audits your product catalog for the things answer engines cannot read, publishes the structured data that fixes them — Product schema, a site-wide Organization entity, FAQ pairs, Open Graph link previews, and llms.txt — and then measures which AI crawlers fetched it. There is a free plan, unlimited products on every tier, and AI features run on your own API key.
What problem does it solve?
When someone asks ChatGPT or Perplexity for “a fragrance-free dish soap that isn’t tested on animals,” the engine does not browse your storefront the way a shopper does. It reads whatever machine-readable description of your products it can find. On a typical Wix store that description is thin: a title, a price, maybe a paragraph written for humans. The attributes that decide whether you are a match — material, scent, ingredients, certifications, size, compatibility — live in prose, in an image, or nowhere at all.
So the engine recommends a competitor whose data says what yours only implies. That is the gap this app closes, and it closes it in the order that actually works: find out what is missing, fill it in, publish it in a format engines parse, then check whether anything came to read it.
What does the app actually do?
Twelve pages in your Wix dashboard, arranged as the job goes rather than as the features were built.
Step one
Find out what is broken — free, no AI cost
Action Plan runs every check the app can perform for free and ranks the results by severity and by how many products are affected. Catalog Health is the detail view: deterministic checks on what answer engines can and cannot read today — products with no image, descriptions too thin to extract attributes from, missing identifiers — each linked to the page where you fix it. Both work on the free plan, with no API key and no AI spend.
Step two
Publish the data engines can read
Product Schema puts schema.org Product JSON-LD on your product pages, built from native Wix fields on any plan and from AI-enriched attributes on paid plans. It can deliver that markup two ways: through a storefront script, or written directly into each product’s own Wix SEO settings so the JSON-LD sits in the HTML before any JavaScript runs — which is what the crawlers that never execute scripts will see. The same page generates FAQ pairs answered strictly from the product’s own data.
Link Previews publishes the Open Graph title and description enrichment already wrote, at no additional AI cost. Organization & Trust publishes a site-wide Organization entity — who you are, how to reach you, and sameAs links to profiles you control. Reputation records where your reviews live, attributed source by source, with no invented blended average.
Step three
Find out whether it worked
AI Visits logs which AI and search crawlers fetched your structured data — observed, not estimated — and, if you connect Google Analytics, which visitors arrived from an AI surface. AI Answers lets you ask an answer engine the questions a buyer would really ask, see which pages it cited, and compare their structured data with yours. Buyer Questions turns the queries you already appear for, via a free Bing Webmaster Tools key, into a list of things your data should answer.
How much does it cost?
| Plan | Price | What it adds |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Unlimited products · basic structured data from native fields · read-only catalog audit · llms.txt |
| Mid | $9.95/mo | AI enrichment one product at a time · Google Product Category classification · verified brand entities from Wikidata · social/OG metadata · manufacturer image sourcing · catalog audit with linked fixes |
| Pro | $19.95/mo | Everything in Mid, at catalog scale: bulk enrichment, bulk link previews, bulk image sourcing |
Paid plans include a 7-day trial. Two things are deliberate here. Every plan is unlimited products — the app never charges by catalog size, which is the pricing model most competing tools use. And AI runs on your own provider key, billed to you by Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google directly, paced by a daily cap you set in Settings. We do not resell AI at a markup, and a cap pauses work rather than failing it.
What does the app do with your data?
It keeps it on your own site. Settings, API keys, enrichment records, your business profile, budget counters, and the crawler log all live in a data collection belonging to your Wix site — not on our servers. Uninstalling the app deletes that data automatically. Keys are sent only to the provider they belong to, come back to your dashboard masked, and Google service-account private keys never return to the browser at all.
The app adds no tracking of its own, does not track your store’s visitors, and does not train models on your data — AI processing happens at the provider you chose, under your key and their terms. The full text is on the AEO Ultimate Store privacy policy page, alongside the terms and conditions.
One thing worth knowing up front: publishing is non-destructive. A product that already carries its own JSON-LD is skipped rather than overwritten, and if you have written your own Open Graph title, the app tells you it is skipping instead of replacing your copy. Removing anything the app published is ungated on every plan, including Free.
How is this different from AEO Ultimate Lite for Wix?
AEO Ultimate Lite for Wix is our free, catalog-agnostic app: it builds one connected schema.org graph for a Wix site — business identity, services, FAQs, contact details — and suits any Wix site, store or not. AEO Ultimate Store for Wix is built for merchants: it works product by product across a Wix Stores catalog, adds AI enrichment, image sourcing, link previews, and the measurement pages. If you run a store and want the product-level work done, Store is the one you want.
Where to start
- Install the app — it appears in your Wix dashboard sidebar.
- Open Action Plan and read the ranked list. It costs nothing and needs no key.
- Turn on storefront structured data on Product Schema and confirm the badge reads Active on your site.
- When you are ready for the AI features, add your key in Settings and set a daily cap you are comfortable with.
The full setup walkthrough, page-by-page reference, and troubleshooting notes are in the AEO Ultimate Store for Wix documentation.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need Wix Stores to use it?
Yes. The app reads and writes your product catalog, so it requires a Wix site with Wix Stores. If you want structured data on a Wix site without a store, use AEO Ultimate Lite for Wix instead — it is free.
Do I need an AI key to get value from the free plan?
No. The catalog audit, Action Plan, basic Product schema from native Wix fields, and the llms.txt endpoint all run with no key and no AI spend. A key unlocks enrichment — the AI-extracted attributes, generated FAQs, and link-preview copy.
How much will the AI cost me?
That is between you and your provider — the app never marks it up. Enrichment uses three AI calls per product, so the model you choose drives most of the cost; the Settings page shows each model’s strengths, trade-offs, and relative price so you can pick deliberately. The daily cap you set is a hard pace limit: when you reach it, work pauses and tells you, and resumes on the next run.
Will it overwrite SEO work I have already done?
No. Products that already have their own JSON-LD are skipped, and an Open Graph title you wrote yourself is left alone with a message saying so. Anything the app did publish can be removed from inside the app on any plan.
Does it prove I got cited by ChatGPT?
Nothing can prove that today — no engine publishes a citation feed. What the app gives you instead is the closest observable evidence: a log of which AI crawlers actually fetched your structured data, referral sessions from AI surfaces via your own Google Analytics, and live checks against an answer engine showing which pages it cited for a real buyer question. The AI Visits page is explicit about the limits of each.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
It is deleted. Everything the app stores lives in a data collection on your own Wix site, and uninstalling removes it automatically. Structured data already written into your Wix product SEO settings stays where it is — remove it from inside the app first if you do not want it to remain.
